Dr. Malika Ouacha is a lecturer and researcher at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She teaches bachelor students in the subject Personal Development, coaches master students in their master thesis, and is an expert on diaspora and bi-cultural philanthropy. She regularly gives guest lectures at other universities both at home and abroad on topics related to her expertise such as: decolonization in non-profit organizations, transnationalism, identity and migration, and intersectionality in the non-profit sector. In addition to her research and teaching, she is regularly asked as an advisor within various initiatives, government bodies and (non-profit) organizations.
